The countryside near London Gatwick is very attractive, with the Surrey Hills and High Weald Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty both located within a few miles. The South Downs National Park is half an hour away to the south-west. The Wakehurst Estate with its botanical gardens is 20 minutes south of the airport.
