The 400-year-old building is found in downtown Copenhagen park the King's Garden. It was was built by Christian IV, one of the most famous Scandinavian kings.
You can’t visit Copenhagen without taking a trip to the Little Mermaid statue, found by the waterside at the Langelinie promenade. The statue is based on the fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen and is one of the city’s biggest attractions. Nyhavn is also a lovely little area that you should see. The colourful waterside buildings have so much history that you’ll find them enchanting.
