London Gatwick Airport offers swift and easy access to London, with the centre of the capital being an hour-and-a-half away by car. The M23 motorway provides a swift link with the M25 orbital motorway, which means you can quickly move on to the east or west, depending which part of London you want to visit.

To the south, check out Brighton Pavilion and the city's impressive Regency architecture.
