Bodrum Airport car rental desks can be found in the arrivals hall of the newly built International Terminal.
Look for boxes of 'Lokum’, more commonly known as Turkish Delight. They make great gifts for the family back home if you can bear to give any away.
There is an ATM and bureau de change in the main terminal.
There are a few cafés and restaurants offering snacks and meals in the terminal, but if you have time, stop off at one of the towns or tavernas on the way to the airport to make the most of your holiday.
Haggle. If you’re going to get a good bargain in Turkey you need to learn to barter, haggle, and debate prices quickly. Don’t be shy, this is the Turkish way.
