Where to pick up my car
The nearest major airport to Hamilton is the Hamilton International Airport (YHM). Upon arrival at the airport, once you’ve picked up your luggage, head to the National Car Rental counter. Venture north of Hamilton and you can discover Mississauga and Toronto, the capital of the province of Ontario. For somewhere slightly quieter than the bustling cities of Hamilton and Toronto you can visit Mississauga - a city with a quaint working lighthouse and pretty marina.
Alternatively climb to the top of the CN Tower in Toronto, which was once the tallest buildings in the world.

If you want to trace Canada’s military past, explore the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. Resting on the city’s lakefront you will also find the HMCS Haida, a naval warship worth a visit. You can also take a trip to Dundurn Castle, a historic mansion on York Boulevard.
