We have heard your feedback via our Customer Care Team and have taken the decision to suspend Green Motion UK from our site following a spike in complaints from our customers. We have taken this action to ensure that customers are only shown cars from companies that can demonstrate an appropriate level of customer service.
Customer experience is incredibly important to us. At HolidayAutos.com we pride ourselves on providing the best car hire choice out there and we believe in making the whole car hire experience seamless.
We will consider working with Green Motion UK again only when its standard of customer service improves in the UK.

Clarification to release: As a clarification to our earlier release, Holiday Autos has suspended Green Motion’s UK franchise network from appearing in our car hire search results. This is in reaction to a spike in customer complaints in UK locations only. All other Green Motion locations are still being supported fully across our network. Lauren Gourley, Head of Brands for Holiday Autos said: “We’re working in partnership with Green Motion to improve their customer service in one specific area – the UK franchise network. Specifically, the Green Motion UK locations will not appear on HolidayAutos.com until we are aligned on the level of service we want our customers to experience.” Holiday Autos will honour and support all current bookings made with Green Motion with the same level of care and service as we have always done.
